Fun Fourth of July just ahead
Baldwin City will be ringing in the holiday with its usual array of flags, swimming, free hot dogs and, of course, fireworks. A Fourth of July celebration wouldn’t be the same without a fireworks show.

Board makes bond official
A November bond issue election for the Baldwin School District was officially approved Monday night. The vote was unanimous, 6-0, to approve the bond resolution.
